NEIL W. KRANER has practiced in the areas of probate, estate planning and long-term-care issues, and real estate since 1995. Prior to founding Kraner & Hess LLC in Avon he was a named partner in Bickford, Kraner & Hess in East Granby and he began his legal career as Counsel for the West Hartford Probate Court. He is a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. A resident of Granby, he serves on the town’s Commission on Aging, the town’s Inland Wetlands Commission, and numerous other volunteer organizations. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association Estates and Probate section and Elder Law section, having served as its legislative liaison.
